Boys School | Michaelhouse | Pietermaritzburg

Michaelhouse was founded in 1896 by an Anglican Priest, Canon James Cameron Todd. The vision of Michaelhouse is to develop the boys into men of understanding, thought and culture.

This magnificent ivy clad clay-brick school is spread over 600 hectares of beautiful grounds. The school provides a dynamic and progressive education for boys that respects individual needs and embraces diversity.
