Cornerstone College was founded in 1991 to create a disciplined and secure Christian environment at the lowest possible cost to students from a disadvantaged educational background.

The staff of Cornerstone College are committed to providing an excellent education. Proof of the success of the education received here is the 100% pass rate achieved from 1998 to 2010.

Cornerstone College is an open high school, which aims at the highest educational and ethical standards. They are registered with the Gauteng Department of Education and are a registered examination centre.

Sports:
Basketball, Cricket, Drummies, Gym and Hockey for both Boys and Girls, Netball, Powerlifting, Rugby, Soccer, Table Tennis and Tennis.

Some of their cultural activities include – chess, choir, homecrafts, photography, bird watching, dance worship, journalist club and others

Every student is expected to participate in at least one activity. We recommend that each student participate in a sporting and a cultural activity.
